Places are always open for those willing to fill them. As long as you try your hardest (and aren't overly ridiculous) you'll be accepted into the school. The Headteacher was standing in the tiny section where the new students would enter. She'd always thought that having a good student/teacher relationship was key to a well working school. And as Headteacher, she of course had to set an example by welcomeing the students as they entered with a large smile, even if her eyes were cold and her whole charade extreamly fake in appearence.

"Welcome to the school. Welcome. Welcome to UOMSS." she told a few as they entered. Very few stopped to actually talk to her: most were to shy to approach the new person, and those that weren't shy appeared too 'cool' to talk to a teacher.
